Excellent service! I can not believe how many repair shops said they couldn't repair my old faithful Bernina. But one call to UK sewing machines and they were very optomistic and up for the challenge. My pride an joy was collected 2 days later and within the wekk it was back. good as new purring like a kitten and it had even been valeted. I couldn't have hoped for better service. Much to my displeasure this company was able to repair my wifes old clapped out machine, they even wasted their time cleaning it as part of their service. It was away for 10 days all together and for those 10 days I felt like I had my wife back. At the demand of th wife it was returned without delay. Now we are back to normal rarely seeing eachother. Human, friendly, prompt, knowledgable, reassuring and witty.You promote excellent customer service on your website and you really live up to it, I just wanted to thank the lovely man who phoned me just now to explain why machine couldn't be repaired. Flood damage was just too much for the old machine. Thanks again for the sales team who helped identify a similar new replacment machine for under £100 I love my now Janome it has inspirder me to sew more often.

My machine was collected repaired and returned. BUT! the courier had damaged the machine in transit to me. I was not happy at all it was in pieces. I rang the company and was put through to the manager even though it was not their fault the machine could not have been packaged better, they arranged a free collection, the sewing machine was sorted and returned without delay all at no extra cost and within 3 days. This is first rate service. I will 100% use them again and recommend to friends and family alike .the Staff at UK sewing Machine Service could not have been more helpful.

I always find them helpful every time I call. I have used this compant three times now for my sewing club and every time the service had been fantastic. I am astonished at the very fast service and the fact they are very resourcful. I could probably find a local service centre closer to home if I looked really hard but these men are simply the best at what they do. You need to try out their service.
