Brief History

UK Sewing Machine Service is a well-established business that has traded for over 40 years providing a first class reliable service in all fields of the Sewing Industry.

We are a national service agents who repair sewing machines for Singer, Pfaff, Bernina, Frister & Rossman, Brother, BabyLock, Janome, Toyota and Elna. All our technicians have been trained by the manufacturers themselves and have gained certificates and diplomas.

We host an excellently established facitity spread over three floors, under one roof we cater for the entire Sewing Industry including High street sales, Sewing classes, Technical support, Internet sales and of course first class repairs. Our workshop is equiped with all tools needed to carrying out every eventuallity of repair professionally and efficiently.

Our engineers are highly trained to exacting standards demanded by the manufacturers that we represent, we are in constat communication with our manufacturers and are kept fully up to date with any developments.

It is not only our engineers who we train on our machines, we also train our sales and warehouse staff on the basic fundamentals of sewing machine repair and troubleshooting so we are always ready to help when you call.
